1. Our Services
Elite Home Renew provides home renovation management services — including plumbing upgrades, electrical upgrades, HVAC improvements, siding replacement, roofing improvements, and window replacement — across the United States, subject to state licensing availability. The specific scope, price, and schedule of any project are defined exclusively in a signed written agreement between you and Elite Home Renew.
2. Website Content & Estimates
- Prices, timelines, and package descriptions displayed on this website are indicative starting points only and do not constitute an offer, quotation, or guarantee.
- Only a written, signed fixed-price proposal constitutes a binding offer of work at a stated price.
- Photographs shown are representative of our work or licensed stock imagery; results vary by property, existing conditions, and selected materials.
3. Form Submissions & Communications
Submitting the booking, contact, or newsletter forms does not create a contractor–client relationship. We agree to respond to enquiries within one (1) business day where practicable, but response time is a good-faith commitment, not a contractual guarantee. By submitting a form you confirm the contact details are yours, or that you have authority to provide them.
4. Quotes, Proposals & Payment
- Written proposals are valid for sixty (60) days unless stated otherwise.
- Payment schedules, deposits, and progress milestones are defined in your project agreement and comply with applicable state contractor payment laws.
- Late payments may accrue interest and, where permitted by state law, suspend work until the account is current.
5. Change Orders
Any change to scope, materials, or schedule after contract signing is valid only when documented in a written change order signed (or electronically approved) by both parties, stating the price and schedule impact before the changed work proceeds.
6. Permits, Codes & Site Conditions
Elite Home Renew obtains required building permits as part of the contracted scope. Work complies with applicable building codes. Pre-existing hidden conditions (concealed damage, non-code legacy wiring or plumbing, structural defects, hazardous materials such as asbestos or lead) discovered during work may require a change order; we will notify you immediately with documentation.
7. Warranties
- Workmanship Warranty: unless your agreement states otherwise, our workmanship is warranted for five (5) years from substantial completion, transferable to a subsequent homeowner.
- Manufacturer Warranties: product warranties are provided by manufacturers and assigned to you at completion.
- The warranty excludes ordinary wear and tear, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration by others, and damage from events beyond our control (storms, floods, earthquakes, etc.).
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: provide safe, reasonable access to the work area during agreed hours; secure pets; move fragile or valuable items from work zones unless white-glove moving is included in your package; make selections by the dates in your project schedule; and make agreed payments on time.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel a booked consultation at any time at no cost. Project cancellation rights, deposit handling, and mechanic's lien waiver procedures are governed by your signed agreement and applicable state home-improvement contract law, including any statutorily required cancellation periods (typically three business days).
10. Intellectual Property
All website content — text, design, graphics, logos, and photography — is the property of Elite Home Renew LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Design drawings and 3D visualizations prepared for your project remain our intellectual property until final payment, after which a license to use them for your property is granted to you.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Home Renew's total liability arising from any project is limited to the amounts paid by you under that project's agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be brought in the courts of competency located in the county of our principal place of business, except where state law grants you a different forum.
13. Website Terms of Use
- You agree not to misuse the website: no scraping, attempting to breach security, submitting false or malicious content, or using our forms for spam (automated submissions are filtered and may be reported).
